In addition to these terms and conditions, legal relationships arising when purchasing through Flaminger OÜ are governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
Product selection and prices may change without notice.

The amount of goods available for purchase is shown with a time shift and may differ from the actual stock.

The purchase-sale transaction is considered to have been concluded (validated) from the moment when the agreed advance payment amount has been received on the account of Flaminger OÜ or in the cash desk located in the office. The ordered goods are not automatically booked. All operations are performed during working hours by Flaminger OÜ operators.
Disputes related to orders and purchases between the buyer and Flaminger OÜ will be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the parties can apply to the Consumer Protection Agency or the Tallinn City Court to protect their rights. When resolving disagreements, the parties are based on the laws in force in the Republic of Estonia.
Flaminger OÜ is not responsible for the correctness of the product descriptions and/or images contained in the product information: Flaminger OÜ transmits data from partner warehouses that may be incorrect and inaccurate. Product manufacturers may change specifications without notice.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

PAYMENT FOR ORDER

The buyer can exercise the right to order with a 20-50% advance payment (VÚS §213, point 4). In this case, the ordered goods can only be received by paying the cost of the missing goods in cash or by bank transfer.

Possible payment methods:
 – by bank transfer (by invoice),
 – in cash at Flaminger OÜ office.

DELIVERY AND HANDOVER OF GOODS

The buyer can choose the option that suits him to receive the goods:
after the goods have arrived at the Flaminger OÜ warehouse and received the corresponding notification, to pick up the goods yourself at the Flaminger OÜ office on working days from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Order FREE delivery across Estonia. Depending on the goods, delivery is carried out by the courier services of DPD Eesti, ELS Kuller or Flaminger OÜ on working days from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The courier always calls in advance to specify the delivery time. When ordering FREE delivery, the delivery deadline increases by 1-2 working days.

PACKAGING

It is advisable to keep the original packaging of the goods in case there is a need for warranty service.
The serial number or other information necessary to identify the goods must not be removed from the goods and their packaging

LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE

Flaminger OÜ is liable to the customer and the customer Flaminger OÜ for the damage caused to the other party in the event of violation of these terms and conditions in the cases and to the extent stipulated in the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia
Flaminger OÜ is not responsible for damages caused to the customer or for delays in the delivery of the product if the damage or delay is due to a circumstance that Flaminger OÜ could not influence, could not foresee or foresee.

Warranty period

Flaminger OÜ does not perform warranty repairs on devices. Guarantees are carried out by authorized service agencies. In the absence of an authorized service representative, warranty repairs are carried out through Flaminger OÜ through the importer or directly through the manufacturer’s factory.

The warranty service is based on the invoice/delivery note issued by Flaminger OÜ and the defective device with an undamaged serial number. If the serial number of the device is damaged or illegible, Flaminger OÜ has the right to refuse free warranty repair.

WARRANTY PERIOD

The warranty period is valid from the moment of handover indicated on the invoice/delivery note.

Private persons are subject to the 2-year deadline for submitting a claim, as stipulated in Section 218(2) of the Civil Code.

For customers who are legal entities, the warranty period is determined by the device manufacturer.

CARRYING OUT WARRANTY REPAIRS

Warranty repairs are carried out at the manufacturer’s service center. In the absence of an authorized service representative, warranty repairs are carried out through Flaminger OÜ through the supplier or directly through the manufacturer’s factory.

If repairing the device during the warranty period turns out to be impossible and its production has ended, the manufacturer or importer will replace the device with an equivalent or better device under warranty.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

Consumable parts (batteries, carbon black cartridges, printheads, diskettes, CDs, mouse mats, etc.) and packaging and documentation.

User data that has been destroyed as a result of device damage or warranty repair. Data backup is the customer’s responsibility.

Software, including pre-installed software on the device and operational malfunctions caused by the software.

Malfunctions and physical injuries caused by accidental or intentional physical injury or by foreign objects, liquids, insects, excessive dust, etc., entering the interior of the device. by.

Malfunctions and physical injuries caused by non-functioning electrical systems (lack of grounding wire, etc.), power outages or fluctuations in mains voltage.

Malfunctions and physical injuries caused by the use of non-original parts or unsuitable accessories.

Malfunctions caused by incorrect use of the equipment and disregard of the requirements of the user manual (use of the product in different environmental conditions than usual).
